You may use Taphouse only if:
- you are of legal drinking age where you live
- you can form a binding agreement under applicable law
Taphouse is for beer logging and discovery.
It is not a marketplace for alcohol.
Your account
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate information
- keeping your login credentials secure
- activity that happens under your account
Legal drinking age requirement
You must provide accurate date of birth and country information.
If you are not of legal drinking age where you live, you may not create or use an account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post, including photos, notes, ratings, and comments.
By posting content, you give Taphouse permission to:
- host

- distribute
that content as needed to operate and improve the service.
Acceptable use

No alcohol sales
Taphouse does not sell alcohol, process orders, or arrange delivery.
All references to beer are for logging, discovery, and discussion.

Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that:
- violate these Terms
- violate Community Guidelines
- create risk for other users or the platform

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Taphouse is provided "as is" and "as available."
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Taphouse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
